At Quicknassist, we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent service terms for all users. This Cancellation Policy explains how service cancellations are handled.

Service Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may request cancellation of a service within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the service work has not yet been initiated.

A service is considered “initiated” once our team has begun processing the request, assigned resources, or started any form of work related to the service.

Cancellation After Service Initiation

Once the service has been initiated, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered depending on the stage of work completed, at the sole discretion of Quicknassist.

Refund Policy

  • If cancellation is approved before service initiation, a full refund may be issued.
  • If cancellation is requested after work has started, no refund or partial refund may be applicable depending on the work completed.
  • Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
